A: soooo awesome! i love the beach at Destin. It makes me feel so peaceful and relaxed. I feel like I really care for myself when I go there. I wish I could live there someday.

A: i'd love to do that, it is definitely on my to do list . . . when or if that will happen is still not known

Q: When did you decide that you were going to be a singer?

A: in November of 1999 I received a diagnosis of thyroid cancer. the thyroid is in your neck and one of the forms i had to sign was to inform me that when i wake up from the surgery i might not be able to speak again. i was terrified of that of course since i really like to talk, but i definitely love to sing. when i woke up from the surgery and could talk i felt so overwhelmingly grateful that i went to church that weekend and THANKED GOD i could still talk. At that service, they were singing Amazing Grace and I realized not only could I sing, I could sing better than I ever did before because the cancer lump in my neck was gone. That is when I knew I would NEVER stop singing.

A: well, i'd LOVE to come to florida!!! what i would need to come there is a couple of club dates, and maybe a house concert or two to cover my expenses to get there and to hire a band once i get there or bring the band. do you have any ideas how to make that happen where you are? do you have contacts there in the industry? what are some of the cool clubs there that would like my music? i could reach out to them and let them know i have some fans there that want to see me :0
